UN Commission on Human Rights passes resolution condemning Russia's behaviour in Chechnya

The Geneva-based UN Commission on Human Rights passed on Friday a resolution condemning Russia's behaviour in Chechnya and calling for the creation of a national commission of inquiry

Out of the total of 53 countries, there were 22 yes votes, 12 countries voted against the resolution, and there were also 19 abstentions.

The Czech Republic voted for the resolution.
