New details in case of Makhmut Magomadov

IN CASE OF MAHMUT MAGOMADOV TRERE ARE NEW DATA
On January 24, 2005 we managed to be through with kinswoman of Magomadov Mahmut abducted in Grozny on January 20, 2005 who informed that in the given case there were new data.
Today in the morning to the address where Magomadov Mahmut lived an employee of Staropromyslovsky Regional Department of Internal Affairs, Murtaev Saipudin engaged in a problem of abduction of people came. We note that in the morning on January 21, 2005 the wife of Magomadov has reported the fact of abduction of her husband in Staropromyslovsky Regional Department of Internal Affairs as a result of it the criminal case has been brought.
According to sister of Shabazova Albika, Ajzan an employee of Regional Department of Internal Affairs asked about Mahmut and asked to give him summons according to which Magomadov was invited on January 25, 2005 to branch of Regional Department of Internal Affairs for the conversation concerned with closing of the case on the fact of his abduction.
However Ajzan surprised with this invitation said that Magomadov still was in hands of abductors to what Murtaev Saipudin answered that the investigator of Staropromyslovsky Regional Public Prosecutor’s office, Ruslan Tsukumov had informed him about release of Magomadov Mahmut on January 23, 2005.
The strange visit of the employee of Staropromyslovsky Regional Department of Internal Affairs put the relatives to utter confusion. It is not new the facts of disappearance of people in the Chechen Republic and especially such powerful and active persons as Magomadov Mahmut.
It is known that many of the abducted citizens of the Chechen Republic who subsequently at best were found dead earlier were declared the released by representatives of force and law-enforcement structures. As usual it was happened when authorities could not deny more the fact of capture.
The relatives and the employees of Regional Public Movement “ Chechen Committee for National Salvation” worried that Magomadov Mahmut suffered the same fate. Moreover we worry that fact that the site and the further destiny of the abducted still remain unknown.
