Today, on May 18, 2005, by the Nazranovsky district court of Republic Ingushetia was conducted the regular sitting of advisement the adduction Prosecutor’s office of Republic Ingushetia about the adjudgement of informational materials of Regional Public Movement «Chechen Committee for National Salvation» are extremist.
Concern of RPM «CCNS» ad litem defended the well-known lawyer Tepsaev Sherip and three representatives of our organization. The representative of plaintiff in the course of judicial sitting asserted that press releases put some idea into reader’s mind about mass crimes from the direction of Russian forces and law machinery that provoked the extreme hostile attitude of population to the representatives of the government and induce of citizenry resistance to authorities.
Thus, allegedly that materials carry the extremist disposition and seeds of national discord as well as rendering of other assistance of realization extremist activity, that is expressed in condemnation and discredit the activity of law machinery and justification of Illegal Armed Formations acts, which are acting in the territory of Chechen Republic.
As burden of averment in civil trial lie on confirmatory part, by the representatives RPM «CCNS» was offered to plaintiff to produce evidences to the court, corroborative before-mentioned, assertions, what was not done considering absence of any.
Regional Public Movement «Chechen Committee for National Salvation» addressed a court with three applications of junction to the materials of civil case certified by the head of organization and published its final redaction by Internet the press-releases, was the subject of court examination, as well as the three decision of a commission of specialists of Independent Expert - Legal Council and the conclusion of specialist-linguist of Guild of Linguists – Experts by documentation and information disputes.
Waived hearing reserved on May 25, 2005 at 10 o’clock with the purpose of accordance of the time to the plaintiff for insight with the applications.
