Marsho moves to Zlín, tension disappears after successful performance in Brno(Prague Watchdog) - Following their successful Saturday performance in the fully booked theatre “Husa na Provázku” in Brno, the children´s dance ensemble Marsho from Chechnya has moved on to Zlín to rest and get ready for their Monday performance in the local Velké kino cinema.
The children and the adult entourage of the Chechen ensemble, Czech organizers and the growing number of other participants in the tour arrived in Zlín on a special bus on Sunday morning. Later in the day they met with students of one of the schools in Zlín, had a tour of the famous film studios and acquainted themselves with Czech animated films. They ended the day in a local tearoom.
Jana Hradilková, the coodinator from the host organization, Berkat, has told the Prague Watchdog that the mood lifted following the tension before the opening concert in Brno. “The children have overcome the initial cultural shock and started to behave naturally,” Jana Hradilková said.
She confirmed that due to the fully sold out concert to be held in the Akropolis Palace in Prague on Thursday, intensive talks are underway to hold an extraordinary performance at the Hotel Olšanka´s Congress Hall. The concert would probably take place on Friday, January 17.
